What is new in ISO 9001:2015 standard

The first three Clauses are same as the previous version ISO 9001:2008. The Clauses from 4 to 10 are arranged according to the PDCA cycle. And the standards are prepared on the Concept of Annex SL (High Level Structure).

Promotion of Risk Based Thinking – It’s a new inclusion in ISO 9001:2015, which makes Preventive action obsolete. It helps to analyze the Risk situations and solve potential problems in each process of an Organization and make a control measures to mitigate or eliminate the Risks.
